Alumni Meeting – August 12. 2008 Discussion • When you came to i.c.stars did you expect a job at the end? • Who did you hold responsible for you getting a job? • How do you feel about the new model of jobs staffed by i.c.stars alumni? • Do you think i.c.stars should find a job for you at the end of your cycle? • Which do you prefer: • Being placed after your cycle is over. • Relying on the contacts you made during your cycle to find a job. • Contracting through i.c.stars until you find a more suitable permanent position.
