  1. WILLKOMMEN Feedback geben gehört zu den wirksamsten Führungsinstrumenten und ist darum unverzichtbar. Das Mitarbeitendengespräch (Employee Appraisal Talk, EAT) ermöglicht Ihnen, Ihren GAV-Bodenmitarbeitenden* mindestens einmal jährlich eine strukturierteRückmeldung zu Leistung und Kompetenz zu geben. Dabei werden die im Vorjahr gesetzten Ziele bewertet und für das kommende Jahr neue Ziele definiert. *Das Konzept bezieht weibliche und männliche Vorgesetzte und Mitarbeiter gleichermassen ein. Zur besseren Lesbarkeit ist im Text nur die männliche Form gewählt worden.
