Continue Shopping DUAL MULTIBAND GNSS RECEIVERS MARKET NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH MAX2771 Multiband Universal GNSS Receiver. Multi-Constellation/Multi-Band support and superior RF performance enables highest position accuracy. With support for GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, IRNSS, and BeiDou navigation satellite systems on a single chip, the MAX2771 is a next-generation Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver. The MAX2771 provides the maximum performance and integration at a low cost and was created using the cutting-edge, low- power SiGe BiCMOS process technology from Maxim. The entire receiver chain, consisting of a dual-input LNA and mixer, filter, PGA, multi-bit ADC, fractional-N frequency synthesisers, and crystal oscillator, is built within the device. This receiver has a total cascaded noise figure of just 1.4dB. By utilising on-chip monolithic filters, the MAX2771 fully eliminates the need for external IF filters and only needs a small number of additional components to create an entire, affordable GNSS RF receiver solution. The most adaptable receiver available is the MAX2771. With any reference or crystal frequencies that are available in the host system, the integrated delta-sigma fractional-N frequency synthesiser enables programming of the IF frequency within a 30Hz (fXTAL = 32MHz) accuracy. For both the I and Q channels, the ADC outputs CMOS logic levels with one or two quantized bits, or up to three quantized bits for the I channel. The on-chip ADCs can be disabled, and the analogue I and Q signals can be output for sampling with external ADCs. There is an analogue monitoring capability that allows the on-chip ADC samples and the I analogue signal to be produced simultaneously. The MAX2771 is housed in a 28-pin, 5mm x 5mm TQFN box with an exposed paddle.
