It alters our behavior, causes conflict, and causes us to make poor decisions. We respect ourselves, take care of ourselves in every way, and get to know ourselves when we have high self-esteem. When one of these three ideas is missing, life becomes unpredictable because we are unsure who we are, where we get headed, how we feel, or what to do. Here are some simple strategies to ensure with the self-esteem app that you can feed your estimate.

  2. Recognize your kindness Each of us has occasionally believed that there is something wrong with us. Some people just consider the negative, the things they do incorrectly, and criticize themselves; they don't consider the positive things they have accomplished. They may have grown up in an environment where only their mistakes stand out. However, this could also be the result of several other factors. When we exclusively criticize ourselves and do not point out anything positive about ourselves or others, this is the first indicator of low self-esteem.
