DESCRIPTION
This supplemental figure presents data on the relative transcript levels of key regulators, including p53, p27, and p21, in A549 human lung carcinoma cells treated with cisplatin at a concentration of 2 μg/ml. The study compares vector control A549 cells with A549 cells expressing Srx to assess the influence of Srx on gene expression and cellular response to cisplatin. Analysis includes significant findings and implications for understanding the molecular mechanisms of resistance to cisplatin in lung cancer therapy.
