This study explores the effects of fMLP and wortmannin on Akt phosphorylation in HL-60 cells, utilizing various techniques including PH-Akt-GFP analysis and PIP3 antibody detection. Key findings are illustrated in multiple figures, showing the relative levels of T308P-Akt and S473P-Akt under different conditions. The results reveal significant insights into the signaling pathways modulated by fMLP and the inhibition by wortmannin, emphasizing the role of these agents in cell signaling and immune responses.
