Weekly Status Update on CT Assessments and Training Programs

This week's accomplishments included conducting CT assessments at VR Siddhartha and evaluating 125 deliverables. We invited implementing colleges for the "Art of Teaching" workshop and reached out to VR students via SMS and email regarding assessments. We collaborated with mentors to gather details for Moodle workshop participants and initiated a new STEP batch at PVP. Confirmation for TTP6 was received from 54 faculty members across several colleges. The plan for next week focuses on STEP initiation at PVP, ensuring faculty participation, and enhancing assessments with automated plagiarism checks.

  2. Plan Accomplishments • CT assessment at VR Siddhartha on 1st Dec 2011 • Evaluating deliverable. • TTP from 28th Nov 2011 (SCCE) • CT assessment to be conducted on 2nd Dec 2011 • 125 deliverable evaluated as on today • TTP from 5th Dec 2011 (SCCE)

  3. Other Accomplishments • Invited implementing colleges for “Art of teaching” workshop • SMSed and e-mailed all VR students regarding the assessment. • Worked with PVP Siddhartha mentors in receiving details of Moodle workshop participants and initiating new batch of STEP at PVP

  4. Rakesh worked with Bapatla Engineering college Principal, HOD and invited their college faculty for winter TTP. • Kaumudi working on a utility which might help in controlling plagiarism. • Srikanth got the confirmation regarding TTP6, accommodation needed, etc. from the faculty/principals of SCCE, SCIT, SCPG. • In total, 54 confirmations have been received.

Plan for coming week • Ensure STEP initiation at PVP Siddhartha • Ensure that the faculty/students from SCCE, SCIT, SCPG reach the mastery during the teacher training program. • Invite faculty for 'Art of Teaching' and ensure successful participation • Assessment evaluation and evaluation of pending deliverables. • Kaumudi madam to come up with an automated script for plagiarism in CT evaluations
