Comparative Analysis of PBMC in Healthy Individuals and Cancer Patients Using a 3-Gene Signature

This study presents a supplementary figure demonstrating the principle component analysis (PCA) of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from 10 healthy individuals (NOR), 10 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), 3 patients with pancreatic cancer (PAN), and 3 patients with gastric cancer (GAS). Using a novel 3-gene signature, we aim to illustrate the distinct gene expression patterns across the different groups. This analysis enhances the understanding of immune responses in cancer and healthy individuals, providing insights for future therapeutic approaches.
