Cumulative Probability Analysis of Rise and Decay Times in NVP-AAM077 and Vehicle Treatments

This study presents a supplementary figure examining the cumulative probability of rise and decay times in response to NVP-AAM077 compared to vehicle treatments. We measured rise times and decay times in milliseconds for both D-APV and vehicle conditions, revealing key differences in drug response characteristics. The data highlights the temporal dynamics of neuronal activity and offers insights into the pharmacological effects of NVP-AAM077. Presented results emphasize the importance of measuring response times for understanding drug actions in neuropharmacology.
