  2. Key Point #1The main function of the circulatory system is to pump blood and transport needed materials around the body.

  3. Key Point #2The main organ of the circulatory system is the heart. It pumps the blood so it can circulate to all of our body cells to deliver oxygen and remove carbon dioxide.
