Goals and ObjectivesNCOIC Expectations This project is aligned to the new NCOIC business model Members working together to develop a “voice-of-industry” position Developing recommendations and guidance for solving high-priority challenges for customers and members NCOIC is uniquely positioned to provide this type of service Broad industry viewpoint Interoperability in a net-centric environment Connections and relationships with other consortia and standards bodies, such as OGC In addition to the participants, all NCOIC members can participate in the voice-of-industry review process Conducted in parallel but separate from this project Culminates in public posting of the results (similar to the Lab Interoperability Program) Work will be performed in an open an collaborative environment GITT workspace International participation All work must be unclassified and non-proprietary

Current Status • Weekly meetings of the GITT and two subgroups • Focus is on developing the details necessary to proceed with member proposals • Opportunities to share ideas and recommendations • Finalizing the contract details • Member agreements with NCOIC on terms and performance • “Fixed Price” based on the deliverables proposed by members

GITT Subgroups Use Cases and Data Sets Top level scenario: NATO Humanitarian Disaster Response Working to obtain input from NATO directly and through NGA NATO reps Using the NIST use case format Focus on OGC conformant services and data OV-1 and Central Node Architecture Defining the top level architecture and operational views Documenting assumptions, concepts, and high-level requirements Others created as needed to support collaboration on proposal input and delivery Focus is developing the information needed by participants to propose demonstration capabilities
