Analysis Phase • Identify the instructional problem • Identify instructional goals and objectives • Identify the learners existing knowledge and skills • Estimate program design, development, implementation and evaluation costs, effort required and schedule • Determine strategies for transferring learned skills to the workplace • Detail project risks, opportunities and assumptions

  4. Design Phase • Gather resources for your design strategy • Apply instructional strategies according to the intended goal • Design the user interface and experience • Create storyboards and prototypes • Decide program format and mode of delivery • Apply visual design

  5. Development Phase • Assemble the content that was developed in the design phase • Develop and integrate any technology applied to the content • Produce program materials and aids • Review and revise according to feedback
