Truths and Lies: Engaging Conversation Starters for Intermediate Learners

This activity is designed to enhance speaking skills for intermediate learners through engaging exercises that involve sharing truths and lies. Participants take turns making statements about their experiences, allowing others to agree or disagree. The exercise encourages dialogue about past actions, likes and dislikes, and experiences. Additionally, learners will practice the present perfect tense and modal verbs. With a quiz to follow, this session promotes both language proficiency and enjoyable interaction among partners.
