Human Resources Department • Goal 1 – Review and update all District policies • Metrics: Work with TASB, School Board, and Department Heads to complete review and update • Goal 2 – Create Human Resources Process Manual • Metrics: Outline processes, align to policy, create draft, collaborate with Cabinet, and disseminate to all staff • Goal 3 – Ensure job descriptions are accurate • Metrics: Review current job descriptions with Department Heads to ensure accuracy with job duties, compare with industry standards, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and present to employees

  11. Human Resources Department • Goal 4 – All teacher vacancies filled with highly qualified staff • Metrics: Attend job fairs, establish a pool of certified candidates, make advance offers in critical areas, and recommend incentives to attract and retain qualified staff.
