Bachelor’s Degree( not required for a specific field though) • Learn the history of the denomination that you are ministering to • Learn the culture of the denomination that you are ministering to • Internship at local churches or volunteer • Learn the church doctrine Education and Training Needed

  6. Pennsylvania Dept. of Public Welfare Child Abuse Clearance check (Must renew every 5 years) • Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record check (Must renew every 5 years) • Be up to date with the latest trends(music, clothing, etc.) • Must have administrative leadership and coordination • Must be ready to coordinate retreats, mission trips and regional outings, etc. Other Qualifications
