  10. Export Marketing – FY 2007-2008Export Target for FY 2007-2008: USD 1140,000 (INR 5crores)

  11. Progress/status of Aug 07’s objectives

  12. Activities & Development in Export Market: UAE: Peeled Foam: Received a new order of USD63,000 (9 x 40’ HQ FCL) for 25AG & 18FF peeled Foam. Moulded PU Foam Chair Set: Customer is out of country and will return in the 2nd week of Sep, 2007. Maldives: Received a new order of USD5,500 for40D FF sheets.

  13. Canada: Developed a new customer for 52D & 85D Memory Foam. Received an order of USD10K. Hungary: Customer has sent his coir samples. RCP is preparing counter samples as per customer’s sample specifications. UK: Offered Rebonded Foam in peeled roll form with non woven Lamination. Customer’s response is awaited. USA: Received an inquiry for 40D Pre-cut memory foam for automatic vending machine application. Samples are being arranged from Joyce.

  14. Other inquires: • PU Foam Cushions from Netherlands. • Memory Foam from Spain, Hungary • Rebonded Foam in peeled rolls from UK • 60D & 85D memory foam mattress toppers from Wal-Mart, USA Objectives for Sep 2007 • Export shipments to UAE, Maldives, Canada etc to be sent. • To get ourselves listed in another 10 web portals by Sep 30, 07. • Application/Verification/Registration of DFIA license. • Advance license to be applied. • New Customers to be contacted and logistic channels to be developed against inquiries being received.
