  5. WHO SHOULD KNOW THEM? • IF EVERY EMPLOYEE WITHIN AN ORGANIZATION MAKES DECISIONS – THEN THE ANSWER IS EVERYONE! DEPLOY! DEPLOY! DEPLOY! DEPLOY!

  6. HOW ARE THEY USED? • They Guide… • Decision making • Creation of Strategic Plan • Creation & Execution of processes and work systems
