Create a flash card for each word. • Mitigate-lessen the pain • Novice-beginner • Digress- get off topic • Concur-agree • Rarity-a rare thing I wanted to concur with my friend about the need to mitigate the pain in surgery, but she started to digress about a rarity she saw: a novice doctor operating alone!
