  2. Data Protection notice When discussing members of the public, all agencies and individuals will agree to respect their confidentiality. The disclosure of information outside this meeting, should not occur unless there is a legal basis for a disclosure.

  3. PACT Priorities • Nuisance parking outside St Edwards School, Packington Lane, Coleshill (agreed 20 targeted patrols) • No right turn, Church Hill/High Street, Coleshill (agreed 10 targeted patrols) • Speeding in Birmingham Road, Ansley (agreed 10 speed checks)

  4. Community Priorities • Warwickshire Police is obliged to protect communities from harm in line with the ‘Police Priorities’. • This may mean that in exceptional circumstances SNT officers may be required to work on other policing priorities. • If this happens there will be a need to re-negotiate priorities. This will be done in liaison with the Chair and the panel.

  5. You asked us:- • Nuisance youths Astley Reading Rooms • Stopping TC cars from ‘landing their vehicles’ • Look at those contravening No Entry Parkfield Road • Advertise Forums via Community Alerts and Twitter • Parking in Church Hill • Signage around bins in Mornington Court

  6. Parking outside St Edward’s School Packington Lane, Coleshill • Target of 20 patrols – achieved 22 • Previous ¼ 1 incident reported, this ¼ no calls • sent advisory letter to parents via school • contacted keepers of vehicles reported to us • issued one fixed penalty ticket • advised parents and grandparents at the school re zero tolerance with regard to public order on

  7. No Right Turn, Church Hill, Coleshill • Target of 10 patrols – achieved 22 • Previous ¼ no reports and last ¼ no reports • 4 motorists advised/verbal warning • 4 written cautions • 4 fixed penalty tickets issued

  8. Speeding in Birmingham Road, Ansley • Target of 10 speed checks – achieved 11 • Previous ¼ there were no reports of speeding vehicles this ¼ no reports • 8 motorists given verbal advice • Issued one caution • Issued 2 fixed penalty tickets • 2 advisory letters sent

  11. CHANGES FROM MAY 2011 – to reiterate • WPC 86 Ellen BEATY ‘ Beat Manager’ will be responsible for the day to day Policing of the forum area. • PCSO’s to carry out much the same role as present. • There will be limited SNT responsibility for investigating crimes or attending incidents. Incident response will be provided by teams based at Bedworth and Rugby. • All investigations will be conducted by investigation teams based at the Criminal Justice Centre (CJC) Nuneaton.

  12. Coleshill DPPO • Designated Public Places Order for Coleshill town centre came into effect on 7 June 13 • Signage has been erected • Local premises and businesses within the area have received leaflets and posters about the DPPO to help promote awareness • Request for additional Special Constables made to help promote enforcement

North Warwickshire Community Safety Partnership Year end crime and disorder figures 2012/13 • Reductions achieved across all crime types • Overall crime levels down by 459 crimes to 3299 crimes ( 12% reduction) • violent crime down by 71 crimes to 514 (12% reduction) • domestic burglary down by 51 crimes to 239 (18% reduction) • vehicle crime down by 51 crimes to 567 (8% reduction) • anti social behaviour incidents down by 241 incidents to 2099 ( 10% reduction)

  14. North Warwickshire Community Safety Partnership activity in 2013/14 will include: • Sustaining crime and disorder prevention measures for the priority crime types • Including violent crime, domestic burglary, vehicle crime • Reducing reoffending • Local initiatives will include extending the use of Nomad 3g mobile cctv cameras and considering setting up town watch schemes and implementing Automatic Number Plate recognition cameras
