  1. Eukaryotic Plant CellC By: Zola, Ava, Delaney, & Citlalli

  2. Click on any organelle Cytoplasm Nucleus Chloroplasts Endoplasmic Reticulum CellWall Nucleolus Ribosomes Golgi Body Mitochondria Cell membrane Lysosome Vacuole

  3. Chloroplast Chlorophyll containing, plant cell organelle that converts carbon dioxide, and water into sugar. It gives leaves and stems, their green color. Back

  4. Cell Wall The Cell Wall is a wall that surrounds the Plant Cell, it supports and protects the cell. The Cell Wall gives the Plant Cell shape. Back

  5. Ribosomes Ribosomes structure has 2 different parts-Large Subunit and Small Subunit it. Even if ribosomes are considered organelles, they are not Membrane Bound. Ribosomes receive directions From the hereditary material. Protein is stored. Back

  6. Mitochondria Mitochondria are membrane-bound organelles. The outer membrane of the mitochondrion nucleus is fairly smooth organelles where energy is released from braking down food. Back

  7. Lysosome Lysosomes are organelles that break down and recycle substances, and get rid of old parts of the cell. Back

  8. Vacuole a Vacuole is a membrane organelle that holds water, food, waste. Vacuole means empty space. Back

  9. Cell Membrane This is the protective layer around all cells, and is inside the cell wall. Food particles can enter it and waste exits through it. Back

  10. Golgi Body The Golgi Body transports materials in and out of the cell. They sort protein and other substances to other organelles. After protein is made it’s taken to the Golgi Body. Back

  11. Nucleolus The nucleolus is the small structure in the nucleus. The reason why Rough E.R. has ribosomes is that the nucleolus produces ribosomes which move out to the Rough E.R. Back

  12. Endoplasmic Reticulum Rough E.R. contains ribosomes to help transport it to the cell. Smooth E.R. gathers lipid and hormone, break down lipid toxins in liver cell and control the calcium. Proteins go through the smooth E.R. Back

  13. Nucleus The nucleus is the controller of the eukaryotic cell. The nucleus is also responsible for your DNA. Back

  14. Cytoplasm This is a gelatin like substance that constantly flows inside the membrane. Many important chemical reactions happen hear. Inside of it is a frame work called cytoskeleton that helps maintain or change its shape. Back

  15. Organelle An organelle is everything in the cell. They are known as the organs for the cell. Without them a cell wouldn’t be a cell. Back
