From training to learning • As Peter Honey says, a learning organisation is “an organisation which promotes learning and sharing, supported by values, processes and investment, to enhance its capacity to create its own future. It is not an organisation that regards training as the only legitimate mode of learning” (Peter Honey) • Clearly this is what we need to lead the ABC into the rapidly changing digital age!
