The Measuring Success Project aims to explore organizational identity, structure, and function through historical analysis and stakeholder interviews. By utilizing the Wilder Collaboration Factors Inventory, the project evaluates current perceptions of collaboration within the Consortium. This tool identifies 20 key factors contributing to collaborative success, assessing various elements like environment, membership, and resources. Our goal is to enhance collaboration practices by gathering data and insights from both founding and current members, ultimately fostering a stronger organization.
