Investigation of Nephrin and Synaptopodin Expression in Podocytes Across Different Days
This study explores the expression levels of nephrin (210 kDa), synaptopodin (37 kDa), and podocin (80 kDa) in podocytes at various time points: Days 3, 7, 15, and 28. The analysis includes controls, ADRN treatment at 11 mg/kg, and correlates with GAPDH as a loading control (32 kDa). The data reveals significant insights into the role of these proteins in podocyte function and renal health. Supplementary Figure 1 illustrates the experimental results, contributing to the understanding of nephrin and synaptopodin dynamics in kidney physiology.
