  4. Why? • To successfully relay information up and down chain of command. • For Attendance purposes • Alerts, change of plans, updates

  5. How? • Message is sent down from up the chain of command • Through (Text, E-mail, Phone calls) - Facebook is not a reliable source** • Once received, acknowledge • Needs to be done within the time allotted
