  1. Preparation of antistatic / conductiveTextilematerials using nanosilverparticles. Faculty of Material Technologies and Textile Design Department of Man-Made Fibres Dr inż. Anna Bacciarelli-Ulacha

  2. The aim of these project is to prepare finished fabric, characterized by: antistatic/conductiveproperties using new method of creation of nano particles directly on the fabric. I STEP - gain a knowledge about the in-situtechnology II STEP – preparation of the project proposed by a group of students AIM ?

  3. ABOUT TECHNOLOGY

  4. Transfering the image to screen Preparation of template

  5. What we havealready ? • Flame Retardant Anti-Static Workwear • Antistatic surgery cloths

  6. Oursamples

  7. What we want to Achieve? Integrated circuit Soft keyboard

  8. Selecting a specific topic of the project depends on you. You will choose it after the part on the formation of nanoparticles directly on the fabric. !

  9. Methods of analysis ? • Analysis of nanosilverparticles: • SEM analysis • EDS analysis • DLS analysis • Analysis of the silverfinishing : • Resistivity • Washingfastness

  10. SEM analysis Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) will be use to determine nanoparticles shape and distribution on the textile surface.

  11. EDS analysis Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy (EDX) will be use to characterize the elemental composition of the analysed sample.Features or phases as small as 1 μm or less can be analysed.

  12. DLS measurement DLS (Dynamic Light Scattering) analysis of the size and size distribution of silver nanoparticles will showsize and distribution size of particles formed on the fiber. Estimation of the size and size distribution of the particles created on the fabric.

  13. Thankyou for yourattention
