Pearls • One to one staff education. • Passion of the educator for the improved patient outcomes and reduced harm. • Daily huddles created accountability among the staff. • Change in process of falls notifications created greater staff accountability. • Sent a team to Tulane University for Team STEPPS train-the-trainer education that included a non-clinical staff member which facilitated more staff buy-in, not just clinical.
