  3. Forgot Password?! • Try to enter with MAC Address, if MAC address is failed.Please enter boot mode of VoIP Gateway: • Connect your Gateway with computer by RS-232 cable • then power on Gateway . If “Boot” still can work, we can • try to enter boot mode and download application rom file • to fix this problem. Press enter immediately within 3 seconds.

  4. Login with “water” and password is “3333” Forgot Password?! Then you will see as below:

  5. Forgot Password?! After login, press “h” can see whole command list:

  6. Forgot Password?! Press “w” to change password of “root” user.

  7. Forgot Password?! Press “r” to reboot.

  8. Upgrade in Boot Mode • Connect your Gateway with computer by RS-232 • cable then power on Gateway . If “Boot” still can work, we • can try to enter boot mode and download application rom • file to fix the problem. • Note: Please be careful of the Rom file type you prepare to upgrade. • 1. [App Rom], 2. [Boot Rom]; 3. [2MB Rom] Press enter immediately within 3 seconds.

  9. Upgrade in Boot Mode After login in boot mode, Press “c” to change network address Key in : 1.TFTP server IP address 2.Gateway IP address(Must be at the same c class subnet mask) 3.Default Gateway IP address 4.Subnet Mask (this only works in application)

  10. Upgrade in Boot Mode After login in boot mode, Press “y” if all network address are correct Then VoIP Gateway will automatically reboot. Press enter immediately with in 3 seconds.

  11. Upgrade Application in boot mode After login in boot mode, Press “f” then key in file name which prepared to download Then press “d” to start to download Press “p” to program application sector After download is finished, press “g” to run application

  12. Upgrade Boot in boot mode After login in boot mode and finish change network address, Press “f” then key in file name which prepared to download Then press “d” to start to download Press “b” to program boot sector Press “y” to confirm program boot sector After download is finished, press “r” to reboot from boot sector

  13. Upgrade 2MB in boot mode After login in boot mode and finish change network address, Press “f” then key in file name which prepared to download Then press “d” to start to download Press “z” to program boot sector Press “y” to confirm program boot sector After download is finished, press “r” to reboot from boot sector
