This report provides an update on the status of the PHENIX experiment from the Run 13 at RHIC. It includes the efficiencies of the collaboration as of 14 May 2013. The Luminosity to date and the performance of the Silicon luminosity counters in the specified rapidity range are discussed. Details on self-triggered data streams into FPGAs are covered, along with configurations for selecting single hits and hit pairs in phi segments. Additionally, the hit-scaled scalars for √S = 510 GeV p-p data and statistical errors are reviewed.
