  2. My Educational Background • graduated from Yunnan Normal University English Department in 2003 2.as an English teacher in Kunming No.3 High School from 2003 3.visited NZ in 2009 got TESOL Certification

  3. My understanding of education and English teaching • The aim of education, in my understanding, is set upon deeper and more important mental accomplishments and moral culture. When we study at school or at the university, we are certainly aiming at a profound learning of various subjects, for that is one of the essential things and a fundamental indispensable for building up our future career. Equally important is the moral education which we must receive either at school or at the university, for building our character .

  4. On the other hand, English is a new course in elementary school. It is important to make students speak English, and it is even more important to develop students’ initiative to learn English. But, since there are still excellent students and poor students in class, how to cultivate the excellent students and help the poor students is a big concern that us teachers should care about.

  5. Puzzles In The English Teaching • 1. How to have a comprehensive understanding of students, • 2.How to stimulate student’s passion in learning English. • 3. How to encourage students comprehensively and designing different degree of homework.

  6. Satisfaction in my job • 1.Develope a harmonious relationship with my students and my colleagues. • 2.offer me a lot of chances to learn something new.

  7. What I am interested in in American education? • 1.How to keep balance between teachers’ talking time and students’ talking time in a class? • 2.What is efficient homework in language study in America?
