  2. Educational Backgroud • An English major graduated from Yunnan Normal University in 2004 • A MED on English teaching was gained in this year.

  3. Viewpoint • English is not only a tool for interpersonal communication, but also shoulders the mission of education --- on one hand, to foster students' thinking and wisdom, on the other hand to shape the health of students personality. • In order to better achieve the communicative function of English language teaching must focus on practical and create authentic language to provide a large number of opportunities for students to use English . • English also has some educational functions.In fact, English is widespreaded as a world language, so it has deep cultural meaning, not only can bring people to enjoy the beauty of it , but also enlighten people's minds .

  4. Puzzling Problem • How to lead Chinese students to speak English in their daily life, far more than using it like a tool to answer the teacher’s questions in class? • How to balance the standard of NMET and using real English?
