  2. NUEVA ESTRATEGIA DE TRABAJO • Promotor Integral. • Asignado por zonas escolares. • Monitoreo y seguimiento de todos los CEPS de las zonas asignadas. • ** Atención de fortalecimiento a escuelas seleccionadas de 10 a 15 por promotor .

Nombrar un ATP encargado del tema de Participación Social • Recepción de actas APF y CEPS • Por zona escolar • Listas de asamblea ( sólo originales ) • Actas APF y CEPS( original y 1 copia ) • Debidamente firmadas y selladas por supervisor y director con tinta azul. • Validación de actas • Una vez validadas se entregará Reglamento, Manual Operativo de CEPS y Manta de CEPS operando
