Deployment & Call Flow • CTIBUZZ Server is integrated with PBX through TAPI / CSTA / AMI Protocols depending on the PBX being used. • Through this protocol the caller id of the incoming call and other details like agent id , status of call will be populated to CTIBUZZ server. • These information will be send to corresponding Call Taker’s PC and the data related to this CallerID will be retrieved from the CRM database. • Mapped fields of CRM database will be shown in the CALL POPUP of CTIBUZZ on the CALL TAKER’s PC.
Case Study – Integration with Dentimax • A Leading Dental Clinic of Dubai came up with a requirement for retrieving and showing the Customer Contact details and their Confirmation status with a Doctor as soon as the call land on the Call Taker phone. • This clinic is using Unify Openscape PBX at their premises. • Dentimax software was being used for their Dental practice management and appointment management. • CTIBUZZ which is integrated with Unify openscape through CSTA interface , retrieve the CallerID , Agent login information from the PBX • Based on the CallerID information , the Customer records were pulled from the Dentimax and the Call Pop up was populated on the Corresponding Agent Screen .
