Comparative Expression of BnSTM in Brassica napus MDEs under BSO and TIBA Treatments

This study investigates the expression levels of BnSTM in developing Brassica napus MDEs cultured in the presence or absence of DL-buthionine sulfoximine (BSO) and 2,3,5-triodobenzoic acid (TIBA). Samples were analyzed at days 7, 14, and 21 following compound addition at day 5. Results include RNA in situ hybridization illustrating differences in expression due to treatment conditions. Values represent means with standard error derived from three biological replicates. The impact of these treatments on gene expression provides insights into plant developmental processes.
