IU SharePoint Project 3 Tier Model Tier 1 • FREE!!! • If you have a site in our environment, this is what you have. • Site collection with an unlimited number of sub sites. • Default quota of 5GB which can be increased to 10GB if necessary. • Housed on our main SQL Cluster. • No Custom Code beyond what you can do out of the box or with SharePoint Designer
IU SharePoint Project 3 Tier Model Tier 2 • It isn’t available yet but will be soon. • 100GB quota per site collection. • This is a hard limit due to SharePoint and SQL limitations • There will be a charge for this similar to the disk costs in the Intelligent Infrastructure • No Custom Code beyond what you can do out of the box or with SharePoint Designer
IU SharePoint Project 3 Tier Model Tier 3 • It isn’t available yet • Still in early planning stages. • 100GB quota per site collection. • You have your own Web Application and can publish custom solutions. • There will be a charge for this similar to the disk costs in the Intelligent Infrastructure and possibly an additional cost. • No ETA for when this will be available
