Study on structure and material design of kafirin films, including characterization of fracture strength, thermomechanical properties, barrier properties, and microstructure using various plasticizers. Testing conducted on samples from CSIR and Sigma, comparing to thermoplastic films. Impact of processing temperatures on microstructure analyzed.
