We the Students 2014 - Mock Trial Jeopardy
- Bills of Rights: 100 Jack steals a candy bar and is sentenced to life in prison: ANSWER: 8th Amendment: Cruel and Unusual Punishment
- Bill of Rights : 200 Amy commits a crime and is forced to testify as a witness at her trial: ANSWER: 5th Amendment: Rights of the Accused Person (Right to not self incriminate)
- Bills of Rights: 300 Matt sues Toyota for half a million dollars in a recent recall lawsuit. He requests a jury at the trial yet the judge does not grant him one. ANSWER: 7th Amendment: Jury Trials in Civil Cases
- Bill of Rights: 400 Claire is on trial for committing a felony. She brings an expensive attorney to court with her, yet the judge tells her she is not allowed representation. ANSWER: 6th Amendment: Right to a Public Trial
- Bill of Rights: 500 Anna feels that a government agency violated his right to privacy. The agency, however, says that there is no amendment stating Americans have the right to privacy. ANSWER: 9th Amendment: Rights of the People
- People in Court: 100 This person is accused of wrongdoing by the government/ a person being sued. ANSWER: Defendant
