  2. How it Works This system keeps you alive. But if you do not have it you would not be here today. It helps you breath, and trust me you want to breath. But things can really mess it up. The system I was talking about is the Respiratory System.

  3. How You Breath The system works by you breath in oxygen, and you breath out carbon dioxide. The mucus helps in filtering out contaminants like dust, pollen, and smoke. The trachea helps passing air from the larynx to the bronchi. Then the air gets split into two bronchi, that connects trachea to the lungs. Then it goes into many smaller tubes called the bronchioles. Then it ends up in air sacs. Then the oxygen goes to the heart that later gets pumped into other parts of the body.

  4. Parts in this system There are many different systems in the body. The Respiratory system is one important systems in the body. The Respiratory system includes the nose, the mouth, the voice box, the throat, the trachea, the alveoli the ribs, and the diaphragm. Together these parts make up the Respiratory system.

  5. What would happen without this system? Without the Respiratory system you would not live. The Respiratory system is one of the most important systems in the body. It controls your lungs, so you can breath. To keep your lungs working, make sure to eat healthy foods and exercise.

  6. Healthy Exercise and Foods Some of the exercise you need is to just run around for a half an hour a day. Some of the foods you need is fruits and vegetables. But, you should balance out your different food category's like meats, dairy, fruits and vegetables.
