February 2013 Partnership Update: Year 2 Performance and Champion Call Insights

Champion Call Format April 9 Call: Portneuf, BayMed, THP-WNJ, SMC Harker Heights, and Mountainside will have PSAT reports (*if not PSAT yet, refer to January format) Each Champion – give a Report from the PSAT coversheets Overall Hospital Inpatient covesheet • Overall %tile ranking vs goal • Highest Perfoming Unit • Unit Improving Most Drill Down Most Improved Unit’s PSAT coversheet • Report Overall percentile Ranking vs. Goal • Dimension Improveing the Most – note a BEST PRACTICE.
