  3. The Nitty Gritty • This year all senior activities will be covered by one low price....$350.00.     • Payment 1:  $100 due by September 5, 2014 • Payment 2:  $100 due by October 3, 2014 • Payment 3:  $100 due by November 7, 2014 • Final Payment: $50 due by December 5, 2014 • Payment Options

  5. Important Senior Activity Information

  6. Prom • Prom will be help May 16, 2015 • At the Waxahachie Civic Center • 7:00pm-Midnight

  7. Prom Dress Code Gentlemen • No Sagging • No jewelry with inappropriate symbols or signs • No Jeans example: anything showing a marijuana leaf

  8. Prom Dress Code Ladies: • No Key Holes (in front or down the side) • No completely exposed back • Slits must not be higher than 5 inches above the knee • Hem can be no shorter that 5 Inches above the bend of the back of the knee • No excessive cleavage • When in doubt get it checked. • No Tutu Dresses • No plunging back

  9. What to do if I am unsure about my prom attire? You have 2 options: • Bring it to school, put it on and get it approved by Coach Rader, Miss Caw or Mrs. Martin. YOU • Take a digital photo of in, both a front view and back view. Email or Text to a senior sponsort

Prom Rules • ABSOLUTELY NO IN AND OUTS If you leave you will not be allowed to return. • You may bring a date that is not a CHHS student, but must fill out a date form. • Must be in the doors by 8:45 pm • Anyone found to be in possession of drugs or alcohol at prom will be disciplined and will not walk at graduation. • No BARE FEET!!! If your shoes are going to hurt, bring a pair of flip flops!!!

  13. PROM DRESS CODE VIOLATIONS • Students that are in violation will NOT be allowed in if while out of violation. • No refunds for tickets or any other expenses incurred will be given. • Parents will be notified immediately.

  14. Prom Ticket Sales • Prom Tickets will go on second week in April. • If you paid the $350.00 for senior fees, it includes YOUR prom ticket. If you did not then you must purchase a prom ticket at the regular price of $80.00. The price will not increase nor decrease in price. • All entering must have a ticket. • Lost tickets WILL NOT be replaced! • No refunds will be given.

  15. Other Senior Activities Senior Luncheon 11:30-1:30 SENIORS ONLY!!!!! Ruthe Jackson Center, Grand Prairie Individual Price: $50.00 Includes a gift!!!!! There will be one bus provided. Must have permission slip turned in and spots are first come first serve.

  16. Other Senior Activities Senior Picnic: Individual Price for those who did not pay senior fees $50.00 Bus transportation will be provided. Must have permission slip.

  19. GRADUATION!!!!!! • Commencement Ceremony TBA Week of June 2nd -5th 2015 Number of tickets per person will be determined after a venue has been decided upon.

  20. Project Graduation • TBD after graduation date is announced. • All participants must be at CHHS by midnight when the doors are locked. Ends at 5:00am . • All night party with DJ, games, karaoke, inflatable, dominos and more. • Individual Price $35.00

  21. ALL information can be found on the Cedar Hill High School website, Class of 2015. This includes directions to prom, prom date forms, permission slips and all information covered today. Please check the website and listen to the morning announcements for additional information as we near some of these dates.
