ADT Request Process Flow for Reservists in Jacksonville

This document outlines the ADT (Active Duty Training) request process for reservists and their supervisors in Jacksonville. Reservists must determine and input their ADT requests into the system 45 days prior to the start date, with a follow-up email to both RFRS and their supervisor. RFRS then routes the request to YN2 for processing, where YN2 prepares the orders and sends them to the member. A copy of the orders is forwarded to the Active Duty DIVOFF one week prior to the ADT commencement. Reservists are required to submit travel claims to YN1 Montelione for approval within 3 days.
