Task 4.1 Communication Strategy Goal: inform, but also contribute to bridge the science-policy gap and provide feedback to local stakeholders Outputs: a) Targeted policy briefs of WP 1-3 for: • Public, local managers, EU/ International • b) Publish brochures (Month 22) • Lessons learned and recommendations • c) 3 PSAG meetings, in case study regions and/or Brussels or other, linking it as far as possible to a public event for dissemination and communication (ex. of IMAC) • d) Networking and dissemination activities and communication toolkit (4.3/ 4.4)

Task 4.3 Networking and Dissemination Activities Dissemination and communication tools • Leaflet and logo (Month 5) • e-newsletters (Months 6, 12, 18, 24) • Press releases, with ISIS (Month 9 and as needed) • Networking activities • Brochures and e-newsletters to decision makers (on AWARE approach, activities, outcomes) • Possibility to organise local public events, eventually through additional funding. Identification of these institutions mobilised for dissemination can be based on task 1.3 (identification of local stakeholders)

  4. Task 4.3 Networking and Dissemination Activities Networking activities – continued- • Online questionnaires (Month 23) • Interview guidelines (EU, international & local level) • Interviews at EU and international level with JRC-IES (Month 24-28)

  5. Task 4.4 Communication Kit Communication Kit will include: • Enhanced power point presentation • Preformatted posters for WP4 activities (mainly info on aim and activities of the project) • Press map (press communiqués, leaflets, reports) • Brochures and leaflets • Communication material: • On learning outcomes, based on Task 3.3: Month 26 • On general approach and activities: better earlier, i.e. month 10 • Need for translation of key info material into local languages for ensuring dissemination

  8. Required Inputs • Methodology from partners • Case study results • Meeting notes and other information from partners: please inform on events, results, new opportunities and local partners as well as EU level contacts or activities • Partners’ contact information and networks for dissemination (newsletter, reports…) and for the surveys/interviews • Any visual materials gathered throughout case studies, etc (graphs, high resolution photos, videos)
