DESCRIPTION
Wind Shear. This morning a flight out of KBLI issued this urgent pirep. The pilot took off into a north wind (Fraser outflow) but encountered a strong southerly wind 400 ft above the ground resulting in 30 kts of low level wind shear (LLWS).
