MISSION • Provide information and opportunities pertaining to graduate schools, med schools, careers in the biomedical field • Bring together a diverse group of women • Promote high academic achievement in science • Serve as positive mentors to young girls in the community • Engage in science-related educational activities

  14. Activity • Split into groups of 4. • Each person will get an index card with instructions. • Make sure to follow the instructions and don’t let your other group members know what they are. • You have 5 mins to create the tallest structure with the materials given.

  17. Study Buddies/ Sisters in Science • Make sure to sign up! • Study Buddies- find members in your classes to help each other study. • Sisters in Science- get an upperclassmen to mentor you about classes, advice, etc.
