Status of WECC Standards Activity Upcoming Ballots – Regional Reliability Standards • BAL-002-WECC-1 – Contingency Reserves • NERC comment posting will end 2/20 • BAL-004-WECC-2 – Automatic Time Error Correction and WECC Variance to NERC BAL-001-0.1a • ATEC revisions directed by FERC • Modification of the definition of the ACE equation to include ATEC • Both scheduled to be presented to the OC for approval in March

  3. Status of WECC Standards Activity Upcoming Ballots – Regional Criteria • MOD-(11 and 13)-WECC-CRT-1 – Steady State and Dynamic Data Criterion • Meets a fill-in-the-blank requirement for WECC • Scheduled to be presented to the PCC for approval in March

  4. Status of WECC Standards Activity Upcoming Ballots – Regional Criteria • INT-016-WECC-CRT-2 – Data Submittal Criterion • Addresses Requests for Interchange less than 60 minutes in duration • Scheduled to be presented to the Operating Committee for approval in March

Status of WECC Standards Activity WECC Standards Committee • Solicitation for nominees sent 1/30 • Response has been less than anticipated • Four responses, three from Generation, one from Transmission • Target is to provide a slate of nominees to the WECC Board Chair in March • Notice also posted on the WECC home page
