Mezzanine production status • 100 ToT mezzanine already produced • Each mezzanine has two channels • All of them have been mounted • To be tested (electric test and burn in) • Enough to equip more than 5 FEE boards
Sum mezzanine • Sum 4 analog signals • 10 pieces already produced • The boards have been mounted • Needs electric and burn-in tests
Voltage regulator production • Produce ±6V • 10 pieces in production • PCB delivery expected in 20 days • Needs electric and burn-in tests
9U motherboard production • The Gerber files have been sent to the firm • A first bunch of 5 PCB boards will be delivered at the mid of June
Other equipment • ToT mezzanine test board • Used to test the ToT mezzanine before the installation • Allows to access both PCB sides • Local thr setting boards • Used to set the thr in absence of CPU remote programming firmware • 9U board front panel • Prototype already produced
Future plans • Receive and assemble a first full 9U FEE prototype before the end of July. • Test the system extensively during fall • Validate the FEE before the end of November 2011 • Start a first massive production (1/2 of total) before the end of 2011
