  2. General Requirements • All data is entered Non-Cumulatively. • Within the spreadsheet, when a number appears with a red line through it, the data is incorrect. • All data is required and will be used to assess overall grantee performance. • All shaded areas within the spreadsheet will be automatically calculated either from within the spreadsheet or from data input within the TABs. (Please do not alter the spreadsheet). • Training and Supportive Services are reported in a Non-Duplicative count. • Tabs are used to calculate Exiter information, Entered Employment data, retention data, and wages.

  3. General Requirements (cont.) • “Demographics” data sheet automatically calculates the data into the “Common Measures TPR” grayed-out areas. You must fill in “demographics” sheet data for workbook to automatically calculate performance. This sheet also links to the “Demographics Summary” sheet. • Participant Number and Name on demographics sheet/Tabs should not be easily recognizable. Example: Participant Name (Allen, T.). Participant # 44503. Do Not Use SSNs as participant number. • Drop-Down menus are used in Demographics sheet for easy tracking.

  4. Spreadsheet Exercises • Please refer to a copy of the Common Measure Quarterly Technical Performance Report.

  5. Questions and Answers • Please come forward with any issues or questions and answers.
