  1. DATABASE: Keep growing and increasing your Database. IT’S THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU CAN DO! Detroit currently has 15,102 customers in their database! Introducing the Frequency App: Retailtainment concept: draw customers in to database & make it easy for customers to sign in! Cut cost and annoyance: filling out, mailing, entering, PRINTING cards… Track frequent customers vs. “1 timers” Run ad campaigns accordingly Offer incentives for multi-visits vs. discounts on each visit Need new cards? One lucky winner per store will get to pick their hero to sit next to them at a Detroit Red Wings hockey game. Enter to win online and in store. Also, includes a one hour summer BBQ event. Date TBD. Promotion details and dates to come. NAPA CASH: This will be the same program that you ran last year. Your wholesale customers have a chance to win up to $500 in NAPA Cash! All they have to do is make a qualifying parts purchase ($25) to receive a NAPA Cash Scratch and Win Card. We will start NAPA CASH in April so be on the lookout for more information. DIGITAL: New this year we are going to push coupons online at an individual store level through Facebook. This means that each coupon will be only relative to each store and we can track how many coupons are downloaded for each store. We’ve found this to be highly effective in driving foot traffic. We are running digital in March, May, June, and July MILAN/PURE SPEED RACING: Milan Sponsorship Elements include: billboards track side, billboards pit gate entrance, staging lanes, seasonal P.A. announcements, and a website link and Facebook Page. This year we are also going to utilize our sponsorship with the track to hold a Pure Speed Racing event with Doug Foley!
