3. Our school is situated in a small village near Krusevac, under Jastrebac Mountain. We have got about 180 pupils in four villages altogether. Dvorane is the central school, but we have pupils in Zdravinje, Modrica and Sezemca too. • Although we are not numerous, we have a lot of success each year attending different competitions and our school always reaches a great success at the final exam. • We use six classrooms in our main building and we have a sport hall and a large schoolyard at the back. • We hope you will like our school news too. 4. This day is tradionally celebrated throughout Europe and schools all over our country. We celebrate it every year through different types of activities. This year we had a small research about languages spoken in Europe, we made presentations and during the class of English we presented information and we thought were interesting. • We compared British and American English, we talked about music, sport and official languages. • Photos we shared here speak instead of us European day of languages26th September 2018

What is your last finished school? - Teacher Educatio Faculty. • Where do you live? - In Krusevac. • How old are you? - I’m 49. • Do you have children? - Yes, two sons. • In which school did you work earlier? - I worked in Primary school Jovan Popovic, in Krusevac. • What is your motivation for this job? - In the first place, I love my job and working with children. • What are the advantages of working in this school? - The huge space, village, folk ensemble… • What do you like the most in working with children? - Everything. • What was your first experience of our school? - It was a good sign, the Sun was shining and that day I was incredibly happy. I fit just right in. • How do you like your position of the headmaster? -I think it is difficult at this point because everything is new for me, but I also believe that everything can be achieved if you work hard . 7. 1. What was your school success? ~ I always had a great success and my marks were just As. 2. Do you like giving bad marks to your pupils? ~ Of course, I don’t. 3. Do you have a pet? ~ No, I don’t. 4. Do you like your job? ~ I adore it. 5. How many children have you got? ~ I’ve got three children. 6. How old are you and when is your birthday? ~ I’m 43, and my birthday is on 23rd May. How many years have you worked as a teacher? ~ 20 years already. 8. Are you satisfied with the new generations of pupils? ~Yes, I am. But there were good and not so good generations. 9. Are you satisfied with your pupils these days? ~ Yes, I am. 10. Why did you choose to become a PE teacher? ~ Because, I did sport when I were little and I took care about my health. Because through sport we can make new friends and have fun. 8. We had a great pleasure to be the host to Ministar Vanja Udovicic and his team. They brought some presents to our school that we are going to use during the PE classes. The aim of this action was to promote healthy life and sport into schools. Minister at our school

9. Food healthy day 16th October 2018 • Traditionally, we celebrate this day, each time we have different activities and the other school is the host of the day. Today pupils from Zdravinje, Modrica and Sezemca were here, in Dvorane. The manifestation included play and workshops.

10. Food healthy day 16th October 2018 • Here are some things we found out. • The 1st grade learn about healthy food. The teacher Dusica Milicevic teaches them. Our headmaster Vesna Milenkovic visited this class. • The 2nd grade learn Maths by making differences between fruit and vegetables. • The teachers are Jelena Zivkovic and Pavica Vuckovic.

11. The 3rd grade learn Maths using fruit and vegetables. • The teachers are Dijana Kostic and Ivana Blagojevic. • The 4th grade learn about herbs during the class of Serbian. • The teachers are Sanja Jovanovic, Dragica Stajkovic and Jasmina Djordjevic.

12. Workshops • Pupils together with their teacher made some healthy food. The food they prepared wasn’t for sail just for degustation. Everyone enjoyed. We ate grandma’s cookies, fish pate, chicken pate and doughnuts.

15. music we like • We all love music, we really do, but small number of us actually knows much obout the music genres we like to listen to. 16. K-POP • It is actually the name for Korean pop and by name you can see that K-Pop comes from Korea. It’s a mix of pop and other genres, the texts are usually in Korean with a few English words, but the rhythm is great. We all remember Gangam style and it’s singer Psy, but many things have changed since then.

18. Last month we had competition in futsal against the other schools in my town. We had a great team and we managed to take a place in a semifinal. Our team played against Dositej Obradovic Primary school, we lost but got the bronze medal. Sport – we got the bronze medal in futsal
