Comparison General Statements • Individuals with a referral related discharge status often have higher 30 day readmission rates. • In certain counties, individuals who complete treatment but with moderate not major improvements have higher 30 day readmission rates. • In some counties, an individual who has a voluntary commitment has a higher 30 day readmission rate.
