Company History • First casting poured on 7-24-34, with a crew of 7 • Teledyne Industries purchases Casting Service in 1967 • 1996 Merger between Allegheny Ludlum & Teledyne forms Allegheny Teledyne Incorporated • 1999 Allegheny Teledyne transforms into Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (ATI on the NYSE) • Alpena, Michigan - First expansion outside of LaPorte in 2008 • Added in-house machining capabilities for large castings
